Martin Reynolds has more than 30 years experience as an economic geologist, having worked in Australia and various other countries including Angola, Bolivia, Botswana, Ghana, Greece, Guinea, Indonesia, Ireland, Kazakhstan, Liberia, Mexico, Oman, Papua New Guinea, Portugal, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States of America.

He has experience with gold, silver, diamonds, base metals, rare earth elements, iron ore, heavy mineral sands, tin, tungsten, antimony, bauxite, industrial minerals, phosphate, coal, uranium and natural gas.

Martin has been a director of Mackay & Schnellmann Pty Limited since 1990 where he has specialised in geological reports for public flotations and other corporate purposes, valuations of mining operations and mineral properties, prospectivity appraisals, mining feasibility studies and the planning and management of regional and local exploration projects.
